Linux SysAdmin — DevOps Engineer

Abraham David Weinberg

AWS · Kubernetes · Terraform · Ansible · CI/CD

Sixteen years in tech, the last five running AWS infrastructure for startups and growing companies. I now offer that as a freelance service: for tech teams that need DevOps, and for small businesses and individuals who simply want their website, servers, and tools to work — explained in plain words.

What I offer

Services

Pick the one that sounds like you. Either way the goal is the same: everything works and you don't have to keep an eye on it.

For your business or yourself

You don't need to know anything about computers. Tell me what you need: we sit down, talk it through, and I find the technical solution at the best price.

  • Tell me what you need

It can be a website with your own address, something that does the tasks you repeat every day on its own, or a custom system. You don't need to know what it's called: we sit down, talk it through, and I find the solution.

  • The right solution, at the right price

I won't sell you the biggest thing: I look for what you really need. Sometimes what looks like a huge project turns out to need something much simpler and cheaper.

  • Built to grow with you

The solution is set up so that adding new technologies later is easy, without starting over. I take care of that, always thinking about how to save you money.

  • With patience and no jargon

I explain every option without technical terms, in Hebrew, English, or Spanish, and you decide. I love my craft and I want you to end up calm and happy with the result.

For startups and tech teams

You have developers and a product. I build and run the infrastructure behind it.

  • AWS infrastructure from scratch

The whole AWS environment, designed and built: network (VPC), permissions (IAM), databases (RDS), storage (S3, EFS), and the services your application runs on.

    • AWS
    • VPC
    • IAM
    • RDS
    • S3
  • Containers and Kubernetes

Your applications packaged with Docker and running on ECS or Kubernetes (EKS), with their images in ECR.

    • Docker
    • ECS
    • EKS
    • Kubernetes
  • CI/CD and infrastructure as code

Every push is built and deployed automatically. The infrastructure is written in Terraform and Ansible, so it can be reviewed and rebuilt like any other code.

    • GitHub Actions
    • Terraform
    • Ansible
  • Monitoring and Linux operations

Find out something broke before your users do: metrics, logs, and alerts with Zabbix, OpenSearch, Kibana, and CloudWatch, on well-maintained Linux servers.

Projects

From the servers to the last pixel. Most of my work stays private — these are the few I can share.

Process

How I work

  1. Tell me what you need

A short call or a WhatsApp message. No technical words needed.

  2. A clear proposal

What I'll do, how long it takes and what it costs, before any work starts.

  3. I build it

Step by step, keeping you updated along the way.

  4. Handover and support

You get access to everything and a simple explanation of how it works. I stay available afterwards.
